No, not without prior consent when you write to a named person at a company. The same applies to generic addresses such as info@.

The spam ban in section 10 of the Marketing Practices Act applies to all recipients: consumers, companies and public authorities. It makes no difference whether you write to a general mailbox such as info@ or to a named employee.

- Existing customers only: narrow exception in section 10(2) for your own similar products
